Sequence for correcting pulse length errors.

theta (float) – NMR rotation angle
phi (float) – NMR rotation phase
- Returns
SCROFULOUS sequence corresponding to the given NMR rotation
- Return type
The SCROFULOUS control sequence corrects errors in pulse duration (or amplitude) [6].
