Normalizes canonical local invariants into the default Weyl chamber.
The default chamber is defined by \(1 \ge c_1 \ge c_2 \ge c_3 \ge 0, \quad c_2 \le 1-c_1\).

c (np.array[float]) – canonical invariants, c.shape == (3,)
fix_jittering (bool) –

normalized invariants
